You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and address
Ship the item back to us (return address will be provided via email)
3. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed
4. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
