Refund and Returns Policy

At Blue Hatch, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return or refund process.


1. Return Eligibility:

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


2. How to Initiate a Return:

To request a return:

  • Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and address

  • Ship the item back to us (return address will be provided via email)


3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed


4. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
